Worst experience ever. We made an offer for a flat, they accepted the offer, made me and my boyfriend complete different documents (lost all morning to do that) also asked to my employer for a reference. The fee is good but not worthy for the service provided. I went to another agency, the fee is a bit higher but the service has been perfect and professional.
