Over the years I have bought a number of houses in London and the south east and have considerable experience with Estate Agents. Langford Russell Chistlehurst branch of this estate agents is shockingly bad. They are a cowboy outfit, completely unprofessional and are a throw back to 1980s type of estate agents that give all estate agents a bad name. We were interested in a house in the Chistlehurst area which for us had the misfortune to be listed with this estate agents. We made an offer which was accepted. They then played us off against another buyer to increase the price. They actively facilitate guzumping and made no apologies that this is what they were doing. Untrustworthy and unprofessional are two adjectives that describe this outfit. If you have no choice but to deal with them please take extra care and precautions to avoid disappointment.

Very bad experience with Chislehurst branch. They managed Poor flow of people to view my property.
