Very bad experience with Chislehurst branch. They managed Poor flow of people to view my property. They were bad at giving any updates and finally, after terminating their contract they had lost our keys. Of course they said they'd never had them which is strange considering they'd showed at least one buying the house whilst I was out. Judging by other comments it looks like they are better for buyers than sellers.

Over the years I have bought a number of houses in London and the south east and have considerable experience with Estate Agents.
