Exeter Property

I used Exeter Property both as a tenant and then later as a landlord, both experiences were brilliant. As a tenant I found their service fantastic, the property was really well kept, so there were almost never issues and any that did arise were dealt with really quickly and effectively. Later, when I owned a property but had to leave the area and so wanted to rent it out, Exeter property were the first people I called given how great my experience of them had already been - again they were great. They checked the flat regularly providing great informative feedback to me, and suggesting occasional jobs to help keep the property in really good condition. With all of these they were able to arrange great people to undertake the jobs, and really competitive rates - my property was brilliantly looked after by them. Due to the care they take with looking after both tenants and the property itself I always found the tenants stayed for long periods of time and treated the property really well, making my life incredibly easy! I can't rate Exeter property highly enough - they are thorough, friendly, and really considerate of both their tenants well being and happiness, and caring for the properties they look after. I would thoroughly recommend them for both tenants and landlords!
