Students beware. My daughter rented from this company a year. I personally oversaw her cleaning and have photographs[hs to prove her room, bathroom and shared kitchen were immaculate! the boy she was sharing the floor with left the kitchen revolting but we dealt with that. I used Exeter Property both as a tenant and then later as a landlord, both experiences were brilliant.
