There're mice infestation and they don't do anything about it. They didn't bother to answer my email when I told them about the mice. They're disrespectful and lie about the flat before I moved in and then say that I misunderstood. That it was me that I misunderstand what they told me. They're funny. The prices for the room are very high for the quality of flats they offer. The flat it's very old and the oven doesn't have a proper door. It was a terrible mistake to trust them. I asked for my deposit back before signing the contract and they say they don't give deposits back. And on top of everything I paid them £200 in cash for administration fee. It's a robbery. They're not serious at all about they work.

Cercando su fb ho incontrato Eddy che fa parte dell' agenzia Legends Devo dire che all' inizio ero un po' perplessa,ma quando ho parlato con Eddy i miei dubbi sono svaniti, mi e venuto incontro in tutto e per tutto.La casa era esattamente dove l avevo richiesta ed era sicuramente una delle migliori che avessi visitato a Londra.Sono davvero rimasta contenta xtanto se vi serve una stanza sapete a chi rivolgervi ve lo consiglio vivamente. Spero di esservi stata utile. Cercate Eddy x qualsiasi necessità e...... Buona permanenza in UK.

The worst agency through I and my boyfriend have ever left..no maintenance service at all..calling them every week for 6 months that our microwave is not working...they have never fixed it. it's only one word that we can give to this agency... An absolute HORROR... they left me on my first day with no room at all after they promise me i will have the key but it was a lie. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
