Ive been living in my flat for the past 9 months and it has been a nightmare from the beginning. In addition of that yesterday Ive been kicked out of my flat without any notice by the letting agency Legends The Home of Properties. - The front door of the flat wasn't closing properly and it was very dangerous for my security and my belongings, anyone can have access to the flat and my room at anytime of the day - Ive been left out of the building multiple times in the evening as the agency wasn't able to provide enough key fob for the tenant, once again left out of the property at night on my own, its a threat to my security despite the multiple reminders sent to the agency - Before to move to this current flat as the room was not ready they got us another flat to stay few days, it was disgusting and clearly was not respecting health and safety requirements - Yesterday I've been kicked out of my room without any notice as i decided to move to another flat as the situation was too dangerous. When i raised the point that i wont pay the rent as i didn't have any key to get in the flat, they kicked me out of my flat without any notice. This agency is a nightmare, untrusted and not professional at all. They should not be able to work in this industry anymore. AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY

The worst agency through I and my boyfriend have ever left..no maintenance service at all..calling them every week for 6 months that our microwave is not working...they have never fixed it. it's only one word that we can give to this agency... An absolute HORROR... they left me on my first day with no room at all after they promise me i will have the key but it was a lie. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
