it's only one word that we can give to this agency... An absolute HORROR... they left me on my first day with no room at all after they promise me i will have the key but it was a lie. Regularly there is worms ,antz and other types of insects and mouses in the majority of their flats... the fridge is always getting broken and they do to few about it... the electricity works with pre paid pen service which obligate us to pay more every month... the people that they put living in the flats are very strange dealing with very types of illegal things. the rooms are expensive and they usually lie about the fool price... actually they give discounts to italians and trick other nationalities with stupid crazy prizes. never come or approach this agency not even for one second....

The worst agency through I and my boyfriend have ever left..no maintenance service at all..calling them every week for 6 months that our microwave is not working...they have never fixed it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
