Sold me a property with an Agricultural Restriction and never told me. Seems you have to appoint a solicitor and pay them, just to find out what you are being sold. Why are Estate agents not responsible for the information on what they sell, just like any other retail organisation. A 10p can of beans has more legal requirements for information printed on the label than a house sold by an estate agent. When confronted the response was "We didn't know! Sorry we can't help any further" Unbelievable!
