Sold me a property with an Agricultural Restriction and never told me. Seems you have to appoint a solicitor and pay them, just to find out what you are being sold. I am a Cash buyer, and I understood it is a buyers market, clearly this agent is not of that opinion so I feel sorry for any sellers who have listed a property for sale with them. I had a very difficult time with this company. Some of my enquiries went unanswered and one responded to a viewing request almost a week after I requested it. They did not provide directions or maps. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
