I am a Cash buyer, and I understood it is a buyers market, clearly this agent is not of that opinion so I feel sorry for any sellers who have listed a property for sale with them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be professional, answer mail, and improve the details of properties, this is what an agent does or so I thought!!

I contacted the agent by e mail about properties I was interested in, no reply, so mailed again, still no reply, mailed and asked another office for the managers e mail address, got it and mailed the manager, no reply and still had no reply to date some 8 weeks later!!!
Went to the office in person (5 hour drive, plus hotel costs) only to get the run around again, eventually given keys to view properties, no agent attended with me. I had to give my mobile phone number but was assured and promised no one would use it, despite those promises, I was called and then sent texts with properties for sale. Rang them (they never answer the phone either) eventually they called me back, and I have insisted my details are removed from there lists.
The whole experience was a shambles, unprofessional in every way.
I am finding more and more that estate agents just do not do the simple tasks they need to do, is it too much to ask for them to,
List properties, with ALL details, location, postcode etc, floor plan, full clear photographs, map location.
Answer e mails, messages, mail and phone calls within 24 hours, when ever I enter some agents all they seem to be concerned with a doing nails, talking, and drinking coffee!!
I would not recommend this agent to buy from or to sell a property with.
