Not worth one star, throughout the time of living in a property managed by Samsung and george they caused nothing but distress to me and my partner. Having to live in a house that is falling apart around us bath and shower was un useable to the point I was having to go to family members every night just to shower!, toilet was broken which put me in hospital (7 weeks after a total hip replacement), back fence had fallen down and was down for about 6 months I could list alot more! Never getting back to your emails or phone calls and pretty much laughing at the fact I was stuck in the house due to contract. Finally I was able to leave but 2 days before giving the keys back I went back to the property to do my final checks to realise some of my belongings were missing with no sign of break in entry. It could only be this company as it's only myself and Samsung and george that have keys, I had not given consent for them to enter my property. When reporting my findings to Samsung and george I got nothing but abuse, denial and threatening behaviour. Save your time and money people.
