I had a fantastic experience finding an apartment to rent in London with Paul Wheeler. Paul is very friendly, communicative and easygoing while remaining professional. He was patient with answering all my questions and walked me through the whole process, as this was my first time renting an apartment in the UK. I can only recommend Paul and would definitely turn to him if I was planning on renting again in the future.

Overall I had a very unpleasant experience with the agency while trying to rent a flat. Perhaps this was in part due to the landlord for that property, but even so, I think the agent shares the responsibility for keeping things in order, and I did not find things to be done professionally.
