I approached Paul through Rightmove in the morning and had a response from him within an hour of having registered my interest in the property. Despite my want to see the property urgently - that same evening - Paul was very accommodating and kindly obliged to showing me around the flat that evening. My housemate and I chose to take the property the next day. Paul was very helpful, always quick to respond (typically within minutes!), throughout the process of agreeing the let amount and tenure. He promptly forwarded relevant referencing documents and tenancy contracts and guided us through the process with ease. Prior to moving in, Paul organised delivery and instalment of all the blinds and furniture for the property to an excellent standard. Paul is always happy to help, quick to respond, and made the whole process slick and simple. I highly recommend Paul!

Overall I had a very unpleasant experience with the agency while trying to rent a flat. Perhaps this was in part due to the landlord for that property, but even so, I think the agent shares the responsibility for keeping things in order, and I did not find things to be done professionally.
