Don't even go for a viewing at any of their properties. Estate agents are bad but this agency are the worst. I wanted to view 1 property and made it absolutely clear it was on behalf of someone else who was not yet ready to sell their house. 1) they cancelled the viewing late in the morning of the day we were going to visit because the agent was 'ill' - funny it was a Saturday at the beginning of a hot, sunny Bank Holiday weekend. 2) they have subsequently cold-called me to ask about either selling my property or renting. This was in complete breach of GDPR.

I saw the bad reviews online before going ahead with my tenancy, I thought it might be ok. It wasn't. I urge anyone who is thinking of taking the chance on Chancellors to not put yourself through so much grief. I had problems singing the agreement (signed day before moving in) had multiple repair... The service I have received from Chancellors has been horrendous! Their management department are a joke and seem unable to do anything unless repeatedly chased, this includes collecting the rent!
