Awful. I was involved in a purchase with a friend. Had an offer accepted. Started incurring costs as vendor wanted to move quick. This agent was still accepting offers regardless, a higher one came in, and they pulled the plug to take that offer instead. Disgraceful behaviour. It should be illegal to act this way. Once an offer is accepted, that should be it - house off the market, no more viewings, no more offers. Don't touch this outfit with a barge pole as they just can't be trusted. Unprofessional, dishonest and deceitful. If I could give zero stars I would.

There are worse estate agents, so credit where credit is due - Curchods are slightly better to deal with than the average bottom feeders in this murky industry - but I have to say I was really disappointed, and much for that very reason: I simply expected better.
