Travelled from Kent to Durham for a viewing. 30 minutes before appoinemnt with agent, they inform me they do have the key and cancelled my viewing. 6 hr drive wasted! Please avoid!!!

Very disappointed with the communication of this particular branch. My father put my deceased grandmother's house on the market using this company and signed the original paperwork and left contact details for any information and updates etc. An auntie then left details too and the only way my...
