If you are looking to buy in the Peterlee area, you need to call Laura at Pattinsons. She displays a level of professionalism beyond anything I have encountered in numerous contacts with other agencies in the area. Polite, pleasant, constant updates, always ready to deal with problems and present solutions. Iain in the auction department was also very helpful and solved problems quickly, efficiently. I realise this sounds a bit gushing but most agents just want their commission and these people actually care!

Very disappointed with the communication of this particular branch. My father put my deceased grandmother's house on the market using this company and signed the original paperwork and left contact details for any information and updates etc. An auntie then left details too and the only way my father found out about the house being 'under offer' was when I came across it online. Absolutely disgraceful that no contact was made by this company until I messaged and complained. It's bad enough the family members didn't contact but when the estate agent doesn't, there's something certainly not right. So for this reason I would not recommend this company to sell your house with - because if someone went into branch and added their contact details, you wouldn't find out a thing. Disgraceful!
