From the moment we first met Charlotte to view our now new home, she was friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Even when we were away dealing with the offer on our new home, she always did everything she said she would and kept us in the loop. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she made the whole process as stress free as possible. She is a real asset to Knight Frank and anyone who deals with her will be very lucky indeed.
