I have recently purchased a property through Knight Frank in Cobham, Surrey.
George Pratt was with me every step of the way and couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too trivial. He made a difficult process through a tough time as painless as possible.
I highly recommend using this delightful young man for any purchase or sale in this area. Knight Frank should be extremely proud of him and strive to keep him for as long as possible!

From the moment we first met Charlotte to view our now new home, she was friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Having rented out my property to a family with a dog I have been totally let down. On departure house was left un cleaned - oil dripping from the extractor hood to start with. Knight Frank insisted according to my tenants on their check out cheepo. When challenged I was told it was nothing to do... Read Full Review

Knight Frank insisted according to my tenants on their check out cheepo. When challenged I was told it was nothing to do with KF. I was given full assurance that the deposit would not be settled without both parties agreeing. I now find that TDS respond to Knight Frank and not to me on 25+ occasions hence all damages are at my cost!
