The agency was not helpful at all. Firstly, when I moved in during 2016, the apartment was dirty! The washing machine was filthy, the fridge was disgusting. I had to clean the apartment myself. Secondly, I was told to report any problems with them. When I did report problems (the blinds were broken and the living room door handle was missing, lights not working) nothing was done. After several months of chasing them, they sent someone to resolve these issues, but they did not even complete the job. I was always told that the manager (Peter) was away or out of the country so there was nothing they could do. Absolute rubbish!

Terrible service, unreliable and non trustworthy LIARS. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
