Terrible service, unreliable and non trustworthy LIARS. Applied for a home in Ingleby Barwick, called up after 5 days and spoke to a girl on the phone who confirmed that all the checks had gone through fine and the property was ready for contracts to be signed. The agency was not helpful at all. Firstly, when I moved in during 2016, the apartment was dirty! The washing machine was filthy, the fridge was disgusting. I had to clean the apartment myself. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
