Put my house on the market with Roberts, the advert went live with no notification to myself & was advertised for lower than the set price. Staff have only phoned to arrange viewings twice in 6 weeks, on one occasion no Roberts staff were available for the viewing the other I was on holiday. Both occasions I provided a wide range of alternatives but no follow up calls were received to re arrange appointments. Subsequently I contacted the office informing them I wished to cancel my contract, I was told the manager would call me back, 24hours later no contact so telephoned again. Spoke to the manager who said 'every time I went to pick up the phone to call you something else came up' - which pretty much sums up the level of service over the last 2 months! If I can locate an area manager I will be forwarding my feed back! Unfortunately I had to rate 1 star as zero isn't available!

I rented from Roberts and Co for just over a year recently and to start with had no issues.
