We put our house (2 bed semi in Bournemouth) on with Smartmove almost 2 months ago and they hadn't got us any viewings at all. I personally believe they are just living off the intial fee they charge and also now by selling their franchises. It took them 6 weeks for our house to be in the free property paper (advertiser) and then that was after calling them constantly and asking them to bring the intial date they suggested forward. After 4 weeks we also put our house on with Enfields (fairly new in Bournemouth) and they have gotten us 9 viewings so far. I would avoid Smartmove at all costs. I guess this is one situation where you get what you pay for!
