Thankfully the useless agent has now left. I given a lot of promises they didn't deliver on. Speaking to head office is a waste of time; customer services don't understand the importance of the legalities surrounding rental properties. The head office is too big so you have to speak to multiple people who don't appear to communicate. Great when all going well, but expect small issues to escalate to big issues.
Not the cheapest, but the fee was fair and appeared to fit my requirements

14 Mar 2019I'm having issues with franks Innes, we've had property stolen by landlord in which Frank Innes said they can't do anything about it, even though the landlord admitted it. They are a waste of time all they do is pass the book, clear they don't understand the law or maybe it's just that they don't value tenants as much as they do landlords.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
