Hi Tony If you know the council that the tenant is under, contact the council they maybe able to help you as I did that and they told me that they are removing all the tenants and handing back the keys directly to landlords unless landlords been duped to sign new contracts, which rhp is doing to bypass councils, in which case they cannot then hand the keys but rhp takes the property back into their hands. I am also trying to get rid of them I have contacted a few others on these comments page. How they can cheat people and get away is sickening.

All the tenants are from Newham council- does anyone know if this is true? If anyone has been dealing with any councils can they put up email addresses and names of contacts.

They are not all from Newham that's not true, I dealt with Merton and Hounslow. I was told other London councils are also involved.

Hi All, I am also facing similar issues with RHP. They asked me to sign a new contract before getting paid. I do not want to continue and wants to take back possession of my property. let me know if anyone made any progress in getting the property. Thanks, Antony

I am in a similar situation, I am owed nearly 5 months rent and they are ignoring all my requests, I have been asking for my property back for a long time, given all the necessary notices, without any luck. Haven't signed a new contract with the new company RHP Lettings Ltd, but taking them to court, what would that achieve as they are in liquadation. Any advises?

I work for RHP Lettings LTD and there are few issues with the old company and all our landlords have been informed of this. The Issue is with the old company RHP services Ltd which we are dealing with the liquidator to reinstate. All our landlords that are complaining have always been paid and if there is final payment to be made it will be paid once the local authority pays us. If you have any issues please come to the office at 398,Forest Road E17 5JF as we are not hiding from anyone and any information you need get direct from us. This Farook guy who's written a comment is the biggest liar I have ever come across. Even the tenants said he is arrogant, rude and puts down the phone when complaints are made. They are a bunch of th*s. I know several from this forum and others who have properties let, who have not been paid, all robbed by this company. Don't believe anything they say, don't give your properties to them. They won't pay and they ruin your properties.

WOW! What a liar Farook is.... telling people they have nothing to hide. I'm sorry you never contacted your landlords to let them know of this situation and when we've tried to contact you, you don't answer the phone. I have not been paid. "IF there is a final payment" You owe me months in rent. SO you're lying. You're saying that the landlords complaining have always been paid?? How is it I haven't?? What about the state of the properties?? You do nothing. Don't outright lie. You're a disgrace. You treat people terribly.

Has anyone had any success with this disastrous company/councils? Owed a lot of money, solicitors seem to have no clue what to do. One thing is for certain all comments here are 100 percent correct with regards to RHP services/lettings which I believe are one in the same.

Beware of this company, they WILL lie to you all of the time. Never return your calls. Funny (not) that on their shop in Forest rd E17, they keep shop shutters down and RHP sign has been removed by them so you may not know they are there. Good luck in getting your property back from them as they make it near impossible to do!

I too have been ripped off by RHP, paid solicitor and court costs to get property back, still owed 7 months rent from this lowlife cannot get contact by phone or access to office with shutters down despite them being inside, how much longer will the authorities allow this sweet talking con artist get away with it ?.

I have dealings with this company who have been reviving money for my property from Lewisham council even thou I advise the council not to pay them As I didn’t have a contract with them It took me months to get my property back and some of the money owed I wrote to Lewisham Housing councillor and asked them to investigate my concerns The pressure of my endless threats to take RHP and Lewisham council to court if I didn’t get payment or my property back finally ended my nightmare They still owe me money RHP money but I’m chasing the Lewisham council as they were paying them money without having a valid contract between myself and RHP

The local councils are to blame. These stupid councils keep complaining about so many empty properties, homelessness etc don't have the hindsight to take the property directly from the landlord's thereby cutting out these con artist fraudster letting agents. Why does the council not take these properties directly. ??

I am also having problems with these people and bow trying to build a case against them. Would anyone know farook surname as when I first meet him he told me it was frank and that I have found out he’s real name he is refusing to give me his surname
