Reluctant to respond - Fail to call you back - Delayed rental payments and wait to be chased before doing something about it. Not a great organisation.

28 Feb 2017I thought it was just me. RHP have managed a property for me for many years and I have probably received 5 payments on time. I am constantly chasing and then been told the payment has been made when it has not. Not the best managing agents I'm afraid...

10 Jul 2018The worst company to deal with. All the above comments are correct. They are awful. Rent is always a few months late that you have to keep chasing. they never sort out any issues. Never answer phone, office is always closed, staff changing their names, always lying. Allah is watching......

If I could give them negative stars I would. Not a single payment received on time. Had to chase them for 8 months back rent. They don't pay us rent for more than 7 months after the lady used to stay in my house checked with the council and told me she's on credit by the council that means the get paid by the council and not paying the landlords they gone so far with that and this should stop legal action ... If they approach you to sign new contracts else you will not be paid, don't fall for it. Councils are removing all their tenants from RHp properties and they are not paying them. They are liars and scammers. They essentially kidnap your property when you sign up with them, so that even when your contract has ended, they wont give your OWN PROPERTY back to you.
