[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Best Lets in Corby - Never use this Letting agency either as a Landlord or a Tenant!! The Owner is abrupt, rude, unhelpful and cannot run her business in a professional way. After she terminated the agreement with ourselves early she still had the audacity to chase our Tenant for the rent!! As you have not identified yourself, we can only speak in general terms and the only reason we would terminate a contract with a Landlord is if they operated outside the law or asked us to do something which did not meet current legislation ie refused to pay for a gas certificate on their property or they did not register a deposit with a government backed scheme. In inestances like this, we would indeed terminate the relationship. As Best Lets wins 95% of business through recommendation as a result of our excellent repuation, we will only operate according to best practice.

So unprofessional, rude, lazy, ignorant.. the list goes on! We faced alot of problems as tenents with Best Lets. When moving in we had a broken window, no grass laid in the garden, no blinds (part of fixtures), mould in the kitchen from external walls (we were assured they would be dealt with ... Best Lets also have a Kettering branch which I'd say DO NOT USE either. Their faults as my property manager include not collecting rent for 2 months until I noticed, allowing a tenant not pay a final months rent, losing two sets of keys and not forwarding bills (left behind by an ex tenant) when ...
