So unprofessional, rude, lazy, ignorant.. the list goes on! We faced alot of problems as tenents with Best Lets. When moving in we had a broken window, no grass laid in the garden, no blinds (part of fixtures), mould in the kitchen from external walls (we were assured they would be dealt with before we moved in-they were not). ALL problems we resolved and sorted ourselves, or spoke to builders on-site and in some cases spoke to the landlord directly- who was more helpful unlike Best Lets who hardly ever answed the phone and when they did a lady called Sharon Chambers was uninterested, said she'd get back to me and never did! The only time when Best Lets were happy to help was when they were taking our money!! Kathleen was very eager to get our reference money, and to do credit checks- made us pay cash there and then?! Moved out now but had a battle with them to get our £500 deposit back! DO NOT USE KATHLEEN STOREY'S WORST LETS!!!

Best Lets also have a Kettering branch which I'd say DO NOT USE either. Their faults as my property manager include not collecting rent for 2 months until I noticed, allowing a tenant not pay a final months rent, losing two sets of keys and not forwarding bills (left behind by an ex tenant) when ...
