So unprofessional, rude, lazy, ignorant.. the list goes on! We faced alot of problems as tenents with Best Lets. Best Lets also have a Kettering branch which I'd say DO NOT USE either. Their faults as my property manager include not collecting rent for 2 months until I noticed, allowing a tenant not pay a final months rent, losing two sets of keys and not forwarding bills (left behind by an ex tenant) when ...
