This is the second review I've had to write because they are THAT bad. Am now in the process of dropping them as managing agents and my new agents and I have been chasing them for TWO MONTHS to get basic transfer documents over (tenant info, deposits etc). Their employees simply don't reply to emails, they don't return phonecalls. The saddest/funniest recent episode was that I sent my written approval to them to release the tenancy deposit to the new agents, and the guy who was supposed to then release the deposit went on a two week holiday without actioning my request!! The deadline for the release expires before he gets back. The amount of chasing, calling, emailing I'VE had to do just to get someone to take responsibility for this is insane. If you fancy doing ALL the work for them, whilst paying extortionate fees, then they are the agency for you!

The staff at Headington branch are out of their depth. Whilst I am sure that they don't make mistakes on purpose, (why would they) they are nonetheless astonishingly incompetent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
