This is the second review I've had to write because they are THAT bad. Am now in the process of dropping them as managing agents and my new agents and I have been chasing them for TWO MONTHS to get basic transfer documents over (tenant info, deposits etc). The staff at Headington branch are out of their depth. Whilst I am sure that they don't make mistakes on purpose, (why would they) they are nonetheless astonishingly incompetent. They failed to perform the most basic tasks, like finding a tenant, dealing with end of tenancy service providers... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
