Our house in Hoylake had been up for rent with another agent for almost 3 months. We had had very few viewings in this time. Having placed the house in the hands of JonesChapman of West Kirby a tenant had been found by Matt. in less than 24 hours. We found the whole experience great. Matt. kept us well informed about the progress in letting the property. He made sure that we could let our property to the tenant with confidence that the rent would always be paid. Definitely a 5* service.
Comments on Agent Fees
Acceptable. Bit more expensive than others but the service was exceptional.
