Absolute jokers this lot, had no WiFi or heating for our first two months as tenants and they refuse to take a penny off the bills. Mould on the wall in one of the rooms not dealt with, damp in another room getting worse and worse, they turn up unannounced and are rude when attempting to 'communicate' although communication is near impossible because they don't give a *.

The staff (apart from Danielle) are ridiculously rude. James in particular is nasty piece of work, he literally speaks to you as if you're dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Do not give them your custom, they don't deserve to work in the... Read Full Review

Please do not use Oasis Properties. They are full of empty promises, conveniently never written down, and will be consistently rude throughout your time dealing with them. The manager, James Rosenburg, is condescending and patronising, and has been rude to us (the tenants) on several occasions.... Read Full Review

It was £75 for agent's fees and they failed to include one of the tenants in the emails about the property (even though the email address was provided in the same manor as the others).

Do not go with oasis properties. We were pressured Into signing quickly with a threat that the property would go, and once we signed they then gave the bottom floor to strangers, defeating the whole reason we initially wanted all 3 flats. Really awful agency! And really, really rude, unhelpful people. We moved into a 5 bedroom house in headingley in July and have had problems right from the start. Really awful agency! We moved into a 10 bedroom house in headingley in July and have had problems right from the start.
