Tried to book a valuation with these cowboys and all they wanted to know was exactly the work I had done in 11 years and then after calling me back 3 times - for me to tell them what I thought my house was worth!! On the 4th conversation was told the guy had been at whb for 2 days - yes he was apparently fully trained to do this and I quickly told them not to bother coming. NO one from the branch has bothered to even try and call me so you have to ask - why would you use them to sell your house - you know that prized possession you work years for and is the most expensive possession you have - there are plenty of other agents in Brentwood - avoid these newbies. That brings me nicely to their marketing rubbish 'you have been in cm15 a whole now and so have we' NO YOU HAVE NOT! Your In Cm14 and not even do that long!!

We would highly recommend you DO NOT use this branch of William H Brown. As first time buyers we expected to have been moved into the property we'd had an offer accepted on within about 3 months.
