I used Urban & Rural for the first time, and i have to say the service is appalling. i had to contact staff on a constant basis to find out what was going on until the day the tenant moved in. The tenant moved in on 12/10/2018, and I have since chased the accounts department from the deposit registration certificate and invoices to no avail. This is the first and last time I will be using Urban and Rural.
