The only reason I gave one star, is that zero is not an option. To anyone considering Goldschmidt & Howland for purchase or rent - I urge you to think again. They are extremely deceptive, and ensure the lies that they tell have no written track record. When called on their lies, they will cover up to the death. They blatantly lied to us, tried to empty our funds to buy a damaged flat, and have since done everything possible to cover it up. I cannot warn you enough - find someone else.
