The agent Jon has outstanding local knowledge of the area. Out of 4 tendering estate agents he was the most certain about the market. As it turned out he was absolutely correct about what the market could bear. When the various offers came in he gave sound advice and we got full asking price. He saved us up to £150,000. Outstanding! The icing on the cake is that the Histon team of Tucker Gardner really are a team. They work as one and are ultra efficient. If they say it will get done you can rely on them. Tucker Gardner are a first rate Estate Agency. Thank you.
