The agent Jon has outstanding local knowledge of the area. Out of 4 tendering estate agents he was the most certain about the market. As it turned out he was absolutely correct about what the market could bear. When the various offers came in he gave sound advice and we got full asking price. He saved us up to £150,000. Outstanding!

The icing on the cake is that the Histon team of Tucker Gardner really are a team. They work as one and are ultra efficient. If they say it will get done you can rely on them. Tucker Gardner are a first rate Estate Agency. Thank you.

I wanted to thank Jon who came to view our property in Longstanton. The whole experience was really simple and from the initial phone call to the valuation the customer services was outstanding. At the evaluation Jon was incredibly professional, complimentary and exceptional in his understanding and explanation of the current market and what we could achieve with the sale of our property. No pressure and no nonsense he explained the whole process in detail and my wife felt really comfortable with him completing the evaluation. I was unable to attend so thank you Jon.
