New Malden branch has to be THE worst I've ever dealt with. There's one woman there that is so rude and vulgar to tenants and has the most disgusting mouth I've ever heard! How can a person like her deal with customers????? The rents get higher but the customer service gets worse. Please avoid HES like the plague

22 Dec 2018Hi we are having the same foul attitude from HES (Sutton branch) just one lady in particular, I'm wondering if it is the same women they may have transferred over, I've never been spoken to so rudely, almost as if she's doing you the favour renting out properties too you and that you should grovel and thank her like a queen

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
