Hi David no sorry I don't know where seekers new letting agency is.Someone has told me that they think he is trading under a new name they were really uncertain but thought it might be called premier or something similar. I aim to find out. I would hate other innocent people to experience what we have experienced including the financial loss. It might be an idea for local newspapers to run a story about this con man so others can be warned. Facebook is an other useful tool. I will not give up!

Has anyone had any luck finding out the new name of his business. We have not been paid our rental payment either.

The shop where seekers used to be is now called Premier. I am pretty certain this is his new venture.

This is all on the manger gavin mills he is the one who ripped us all off by the sound of things got a house to rent from him and he didn't pay the landlord his rent and blamed it all on us I have 3 young children and he has put us though hell we r now homeless though this and cost me a load of money that I can't afford right now if u see the name anywhere stay well clear and if u see him anywhere please inform us and share it to make sure this person gets found and report him to the police ASAP thank you

This agent has also kept the rental for my property and is not answering calls. Has any of you managed to get a resolution ???

Hi Jenny, I have just been told about seekers gone bust, I am a landlord who had a couple of properties under seekers about 5 years ago. One of them had issues and had no payment on rent for almost 1 year. Gavin Mills lied to us saying that we can not go to or talk to the tenants and eventually we had to evict them ourselves, there was missing rents in between, he practically helped the tenants to stay instead and before we joined they had promised if rent was missed they can pay for us. Financially that put a big burden on us, as we paid for someone to stay there for free,and when they got evicted it costs us 1000's to repair the house it was all lies. When we had our 2nd property we also found out he had been lying about repairs,and the tenants managed to contact us to tell the truth, eventually we took the house back and deal with the tenants directly.So much better. Please do not be afraid to handle tenants yourselves. Its quite simple and in fact you get a better bond with good tenants if they can stay. Its not that difficult if things are done properly, rents should be paid on time, and if you keep your side of the bargain i.e genuine faults or gas boiler breakdowns then the landlords should deal with it. We all have phones whatsapp, simple communication will save you all the headache.Please do not USE GAVIN MILLS/ SEEKERS, an asian family had owned it, I am sure he just worked for them before.

We had a property on Mere Street in Erdington and regularly recieved letters accidently posted to us instead of the landlord for a bill that work was never needed or carried out for. Such a shame. n nWe've gone to court with our claim and the letter has come back twice as "wrong address" so he may receive a personal visit if the court doesn't get anywhere. Any advice would be great if you've taken it this far?

Hi we have recently suffered the same with Seekers, theft of rent and our tenants deposit. We would dearly love to trace the owner of Seekers, the only name we know him by is Pav. Can anyone help. These rogues are still at work

Hi, this company is full of *, I was threatened by **,, when I confronted him. He claims to have worked there, and **** was the owner of the business. They are still operating as Premier Estate Agents, although owned by innocent **. They rented out property to tenants, who refuse to leave and don’t look after the property. They also disappeared with months of rent, and tenants deposit. They also took payments for court fees. They have got away with it.

*** They are putting in tenants who damage properties and refuse to leave, and also use every rule to remain in properties. **** are crooks, and it doesn’t matter they have been expelled and fined by ombudsman, they have set up business and are carrying on with their evil lives, whilst ruining everyone elses.
