Thank You Casey for all your help in finding me a house to let that would take my dog. I had been to all estate agents down Duke St leaving my details and no one even to this date has rung me to see how I was getting on, except you at Martin and co. You then rung me to say you had a property available. Thank you so much for your help. Gill

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) They could have advanced knowledge of the property they were trying to sell, which would have made them seem less incompetent. 2) They need to be more professional 3) They need to be polite and not rude 4) they need to allow time for viewings, or address the reasons they double booked us I will never use Martin & Co Chelmsford fin the future and would discourage anyone from using their services.
