Was interested in purchasing a property. I stated it must be freehold, they said it was freehold. I had a survey done. When solicitor got paperwork it was leasehold. Would not repay money I spent on survey. Now keep sending me unsolicited emails so have decided to give them a write up.

Acted purely in their own interest to push the sale through and get their commission.
