We used the Putney office to help us a find a flat in the area. From initially phoning the office, then 2 separate viewings and the landlord approving us, was only a couple of days so a quick turnaround. After viewing other flats and looking at many properties online, it was nice to secure the place quickly and for the process to be stress free. They really communicated our questions and concerns with the landlord and so we were happy with the final contract we received. Rental fees were also lower than through another letting company we had looked at which was really important to us considering our flat was in a lower price bracket. Would recommend for others looking to find a flat.

Would not touch Dexters with a 10 foot barge pole as they ignore basic letting regulations and safety standards when it comes to electrical regulations they feel they are above the law. their agencies fees are utterly rediculas and their whole proecess is dodgy at best if you want to put your life... 18 Feb 2016follow up from the above they issue invalid section 21s ie not providing deposit protection scheme information before issuing the section 21 and is used in a response about many outstanding repairs....
