We moved into a dirty property, with overgrown weeds, damage from the previous tenants and no property condition report until we demanded one, which turned out to be utterly incorrect.
Several weeks after moving in, we still haven't had issues sorted out and when I tried escalating the issues through Dexters, I received a pointless brush-off email from customer services letting me know that my concerns had been heard and that the property managers were onto it.
It is quite clear that the landlord isn't aware that their money is being squandered by this pointless agency.

We used the Putney office to help us a find a flat in the area. After viewing other flats and looking at many properties online, it was nice to secure the place quickly and for the process to be stress free. They really communicated our questions and concerns with the landlord and so we were happy with the final contract we received.

Rental fees were also lower than through another letting company we had looked at which was really important to us considering our flat was in a lower price bracket. Would recommend for others looking to find a flat.

I had an issue where a nuisance vehicle was parked in my private bay thus leading me to pay for parking elsewhere.
I asked one of the prop managers for advice on how to resolve this to which they replied "pop a note on his windscreen" after another week the car didn't move. I then asked again about the situation and no reply, after chasing up my message 3 days later the guy forwards my message onto another property manager, to which then I hear nothing for around 7 - 9 days, after chasing again 2 days later I get a reply from this other manager.
By that time I took matters into my own hands and phoned the police who sorted the issue out before I even got that final reply to sort things out any way.
Terrible agency which due to their unresponsiveness led me to parking charges of circa £90.

Would not touch Dexters with a 10 foot barge pole as they ignore basic letting regulations and safety standards when it comes to electrical regulations they feel they are above the law. their agencies fees are utterly rediculas and their whole proecess is dodgy at best if you want to put your life...
