Have to agree with the other reviews. We have dealt with Mays at Poole and sadly however nice or helpful some staff are, the leadership team is an extraordinary nightmare to deal with. Rude, argumentativ, frankly lacking any courtesy / people skills that should have been learned by the age of 11. Like others our experience of their 'managed' properties was that whilst we always responded promptly to requests for access for tenant viewings, they rarely gave us the statutory notice (we never complained) they NEVER had their own keys to get access (despite reminding them we were not a concierge service) and despite bending over backwards for their junior staff to get access - we were rewarded with quite staggeringly rude calls from the manager (owner?) of poole office. I cant (out of professional courtesy) state her name (But she will spare no time telling you she is "the boss") #avoid if you possibly can. We're lodging complaint with Property Ombudsman but hey, decide for yourself.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
