Phoned the agents the first day a house was available to rent. Was told that no viewing are being arranged yet as the place is still tenanted so they took my details to call me back. Please do not rent off of these agents . The other reviews are spot on and they will try and rip you off at every turn. They fail to return calls unless the property is causing issues to others. Have to agree with the other reviews. We have dealt with Mays at Poole and sadly however nice or helpful some staff are, the leadership team is an extraordinary nightmare to deal with. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
