We were very impressed with the service provided to us by Jeremy Rhead at Billingham Cooke. He is a trustworthy Estate Agent who is very knowledgable, supportive and helpful, no request was too much trouble! Communication was excellent from start to finish and he helped make the purchasing process pain free. We would recommend the services of Billingham Cooke to anyone.

Experience has been extremely poor, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The letting department has been awful from start to finish. With long term tenancies, this company will charge £120 every time you have to renew your tenancy, the new estate agents I'm with only charge £40. ... Read Full Review

Moved in with no shower. unable to use fridge or washing machine as faulty ones were hard wired in the wall. They try to charge you fees wherever they can, falsely advertise their services. I am currently in contact with the property ombudsman as a result of their false/lack of advertisement of fees so this will soon be resolved.
