Contacted the agent in relation to booking a viewing at one of their advertised properties. In doing so was advised that this property was on hold as instructed by the landlord whilst they hear back as the property could be given to an existing tenant. Whilst this was the case the property however was still being advertised as available giving the indication that viewings could still be arranged despite this being incorrect. I was also advised that we would be contacted on the slim possibility it became available for viewing, but even though other people had viewed it and were also having to wait for a response, they would get first refusal following their interest should the existing tenant decline. So why continue to advertise the property then as available and mislead your customers? This surely is against The Trade Descriptions Act. On top of this the agency's attitude was poor too giving the impression we have prospective tenants for this property so we don't really need your custom. I would suggest you be careful please when using this agency as my experience was really shocking.

Experience has been extremely poor, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The letting department has been awful from start to finish. Moved in with no shower. unable to use fridge or washing machine as faulty ones were hard wired in the wall. They try to charge you fees wherever they can, falsely advertise their services. I am currently in contact with the property ombudsman as a result of their false/lack of advertisement of fees so this will soon be resolved.
