.... useless unhelpful do not listen to what you say . the whole team are unhelpful and unresponsive and liars ... I am renting for a short period of time - whilst I buy somewhere new and the lettings girls not only told me I should just agree with the land lady and not complain about the boiler not working ... as I may need my land lady to give me a positive review ..

I agree with other reviewers. These are the worse agents we have ever dealt with. Incompetent and arrogant, they make mistakes and don't correct them or even apologise. This is the most INCOMPETENT estate agent I have ever come across. They are unhelpful, rude, and they are frankly bad at their jobs.
